The dog was abused by her owner, dumped & left to die even after being saved and given some milk, the poor dog couldn’t drink. She’s still at risk of death. Not only physically sick, but the worst might also be her mentality. She is very depressed, just looking down. She was immediately moved to a local hospital.

She’s a very small & brave dog. Her belly is immense for her size & she has to constantly fight the pain. Luckily, after a quick check, the vet found out she was not pregnant!

Almost two liters of liquid were removed and more ultrasound investigations were done. All treated, nothing left in her belly. Half the job is done, but we still fight to save her and prevent infection.

After a week, Geny was allowed to move to our center. Her stomach wound healed, and it causes a bit itch. Her emotions also got better, she started to play after feeling the love from the rescuers.

3 weeks after being rescued. Everyone in the rescue center is lovely, even the vet loves her as she’s so cute and loves to play with us all the time.

4 weeks after being rescued. She can eat and drink by herself 100%, and her appetite also returned. On day 35, Geny luckily found an adopter, she moved to a new home while still needing special treatment. She’s a lovely dog and deserves a better life than what she suffered with her previous owner.
